With 170 m² across 2 floors, the villa can host up to 9 guests (9 adults and one baby), ideally arranged across five comfortable bedrooms. The interior opens to a beautiful terrace and pool, offering panoramic mountain views.
Sleeping Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with an attached shower: queen-size bed 160×200
-Bedroom 2 upstairs: single bed 90×200
-Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 upstairs: double beds 140×200

After 10 PM, music and noise must be significantly reduced.
A €2000 security deposit will be required 48 hours before check-in via bank imprint (no charge). In the event of house rules violations, we reserve the right to use this deposit.
The maximum occupancy allowed throughout the stay is 9 people.
A Minut noise sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
